Slight moan at the DA Staff
Hello everyone, Over the past month I have been having problems with my gallery, for example loading photos that dont appear on the page. To say Im pissed off about it is an understatement.
Its all very well DA saying that:
"We are fully aware of these issues and our IT department is working daily in order to track the exact cause and to repair the fault.
This particular bug has proven difficult to isolate so we ask that all users please bear with us while our IT department continues to work at repairing this issue."
However the above quote taken from the forum
[link] was typed out over a month ago. Why havent the DA staff kept us informed as to what is going on? Why should we, the members who pay money to DA suffer due to their staff not being able to do their jobs? If the DA staff cant deal with the bug, why cant they get people in who can? I will be interested to know what kind of compensation they will be offering their members.
I have given my gallery address to companies that I hope to work with in the photographic industry and many of them have commented that my gallery isnt updated very often, this is wrong because it is updated, its just website cant show the updated version. For me in this matter "sorry" isnt good enough.
My subscription runs out at the end of the year and if the gallery issue isnt sorted out soon I will not be paying for another subscription.
I look forward to a reply from the DA staff.
